Ideas for Donations to the Ministry
What do I think we could use most? As always, our electricity situation has
continued to be a mess, which we expect it to continue to be since it has been a
mess ever since we arrived here 20 years ago. We have a back up generator for
the real hard times and also an inverter that gives us battery power to make
life livable.
What we need most is possibly a little something to help
us with these unexpected expenses. I’m sorry it’s so everyday and bland
but that’s my answer.
Now if you come up with some other idea please go ahead and do it. I have never
believed that people should tell you exactly what gifts to give them since the
gift does come from the giver and not the taker. Whatever idea you come up with
will be greatly appreciated no matter what.
We pay about $2 per pound for things you send us between shipping and
Customs Fees. Please remember this in your giving and try to help with these
modest expenses which really add up!
Beyond that: The Ackerman’s needs and desires:

1. 8-10 tricycles of various sizes (new or barely used)
2. 50 jars of creamy peanut butter (to help treat children with protein
deficiency)
3. Cortisone creams
4. Antifungal creams
5. Pregnancy tests
6. Hand soap (pump bottles, not hand sanitizer)
